Leatherique has a simple process of first conditioning the hide and cleaning the pores from the inside out with a protein and collagen-based emulsion. You apply their Rejuvenator Oil, not really an oil-based formula, rather water-based. This nutrient-rich formula gently penetrates the hide and conditions from the inside out. While other leather conditioners simply sit on the top surface of the hide, Leatherique products have a technology that actually penetrates the leather. Once the Rejuvenator Oil has had a chance to work its magic, anywhere between 3 hours to a few day depending on the condition of your leather, you then clean the surface of the leather with Pristine Clean. This product safely removes any dirt or grime pulled to the surface from the Rejuvenator step. Your leather will have a soft feel and a silky finish. No sticky or shinny leather here.
