Washing is the foundation of the entire detailing process. Start with the wheels so the car doesn’t sit there wet as you scrub away. Rinse. Then start with the car; rinse first. Wash a few panels; rinse again. A few more panels; guess what, more rinsing. I don’t know if you have noticed a pattern here, but rinsing is the most common step of the washing process. So how do you improve that? After all, it is just water right?

One wash using de-ionized water from the CR spotless and you will instantly wonder how you ever washed your car with normal water. Not only will it not spot as you rinse the exterior, wheels, and windows, but the de-ionized water also generates significantly more suds from the same amount of soap. This is due to the water being pure and without any hard minerals such as Calcium or Magensium that is common in tap water.

You have four units to choose from. Two units that are portable and convenient and two units that are stationary. The smaller units are lighter and more compact but the larger units yield greater volume and you change the resin less often. The resin for all the tanks is refillable. All CR Spotless units come with a particle meter so you always know that your water is coming out spot free. Once the meter reads above 030 PPM, you know it's time to change the resin

Depending on water TDS input, the DIW/DIC-20 provide approximately 300-1200 gallons of mineral-free, de-ionized water based on your input water quality. They consist of two 20" de-ionization housings that feature replaceable cartridges that simply slide into the watertight housings. DIW/DIC-10 are half the size and yield half the output. DIC-10 and DIC-20 units are mounted on a powder coated, rust resistant rolling cart that makes it convenient to move into position and store away when finished.
