Glistening Perfection Store offers the following Returns Policy:

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all products purchased by consumers directly from Glistening Perfection. We want you to be thrilled, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund.

Returning a product:

If you purchased a product on glisteningperfection.com and feel that it just isn't right for you:

1. Call 1-949-355-4911 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return
2. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, mention this to the customer service representative when you call
3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments.
4. Ship the package to:

When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

Exchanging a product:

If you are experiencing any issues with the use or enjoyment of a product purchased on glisteningperfection.com, we can help resolve them. Please call 1-949-355-4911.

Returning or exchanging a holiday gift:

If you receive a holiday gift purchased directly from Glistening Perfection between November 1 and December 31, you have until the following January 31 to return or exchange it. Please follow the instructions above.
